Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Showroom Manager to support the Showroom Manager and team in their day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting all Porcelanosa products to meet customer requirements and expectations while ensuring service levels are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication channels between the team and Area Manager to ensure staff and operational issues are raised and addressed.
  • Assist in the showroom layout, merchandising, and general appearance.
  • Ensure the showroom is appropriately staffed to meet the service levels expected and required by our customers and visitors.
  • Ensure staff are fully conversant with current product ranges.
  • Have a good personal knowledge of the immediate market trends and ideas that influence store merchandising and operation.
  • Assist in maintaining staff discipline through the application of Company policy.
  • Be vigilant at all times to protect the company's assets from shoplifters and fraud and take appropriate action as and when it arises.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and manage staff.
  • Smart personal appearance.
  • Clear and positive communicator with good leadership and influencing skills.
  • Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfill this role.
  • A good verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
  • Relevant experience/background in KBB industry.
