Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end car showroom in Doncaster.

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to provide a building fabric maintenance and repair service. The role is static, and you will be located at one of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed along with delivering building fabric services, such as minor electrical, plumbing, painting, and patch repairs.
  • Complete all documentation to the required standards.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the showroom.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the maintenance contractor on-site.

Requirements:

  • Background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the building services sector.
  • General engineering knowledge and hold an electrical qualification.
  • 18th edition, IPAF 3a/3b, Fork lift, and Legionella Awareness.
