Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing team at Chesham Leys. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Uphold the NMC code of practice and act as a role model for all staff, ensuring a high standard of nursing care is provided at all times.
- Resident Care: Monitor and manage the health and well-being of our residents, providing personal care and implementing, reviewing, and updating care plans as needed.
- Medication Management: Administer medication and maintain accurate detailed reports and records.
- Healthcare Provision: Ensure residents receive healthcare whenever required.
- Passion for Nursing: A passion for providing quality nursing care and the ability to lead our team of dedicated care staff.
- Clinical Knowledge: Clinical knowledge with experience as a Registered Nurse in a care or nursing home.
