Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of social media executives and assistants to ensure workload is distributed evenly and projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Paid Social, Studio, and Influencer Teams, to ensure social media content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Work closely with the Social Lead to develop and execute channel-by-channel strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and influencers, to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, ensuring JD Sports remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a social media management role, with a track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
- Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
