Job Title: Social Media Lead

JD Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and revenue for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content is aligned with our overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
  • Manage a team of social media executives and assistants to ensure workload is distributed evenly and projects are delivered on time.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the business to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and inform future content and strategy decisions.
  • Experience managing social media budgets and ensuring a return on investment for the business.
