Job OverviewThis is a managerial role where you will be responsible for overseeing the development progress of DX projects, primarily through communication with clients. Your tasks will include:
- Defining project requirements and basic design through client communication
- Project planning, including creating Gantt charts
- Operating system development, involving regular meetings with internal and external engineers
- Designing operation and maintenance
As a Development Project Manager, you will be involved in projects across various business domains, acquiring knowledge about cutting-edge AI technologies. You will work closely with senior consultants and engineers who will serve as buddies to share expertise thoroughly.
Requirements- Basic knowledge of system development and programming, including fundamental information from university programming classes
- Experience in project management
- Eagerness to learn
- Logical thinking
- Knowledge and experience in system development, including graduate studies in information processing or statistics-related fields, or relevant work experience
- Certifications related to system development, such as information processing exams or MCP AWS certification
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of project operation, including PMP
- Experience in client negotiations
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Full-time employment
- Annual salary: 6M 12M JPY (based on experience and skills)
- Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary is paid monthly)
- Includes 45 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)
- Salary review once a year (with many cases of salary increases for high performance in just 6 months upon joining the company)
- Bonus twice a year (January and July)
- Flexible working hours
- Core time: 10:30 16:30
- Flexible time: (start) 7:30 10:30
- (end) 16:30 20:30
- Break time: 1 hour between 11:00 16:00
- Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays)
- National Holidays
- Year-end and New Year holidays (December 28 January 4)
- Refreshment leave (5 days after 1 year of employment)
- Paid Holidays: 10 days of paid leave (amount depends on the years of employment)
- Before annual paid leave is granted (6 months after joining the company), 3 days of special leave granted upon joining
