About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency Lawyer to join our team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. As a key member of our Insolvency Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on insolvency and restructuring matters
  • Work closely with our Corporate Team to support their clients as and when restructuring and insolvency support is needed
  • Develop and expand your existing referrer networks in the region to secure new client instructions
  • Collaborate and share information with our Corporate & Commercial teams to ensure seamless and exemplary client service
  • Support the development of the Insolvency Team and contribute to business development activities
Requirements
  • Experience as an Insolvency Lawyer in a UK law firm, handling a varied caseload of good quality insolvency matters with limited supervision
  • Strong client care skills and ability to listen and empathise with clients as needed
  • Technical skills and ability to handle increasingly complex matters
  • Ability to generate new business opportunities and promote your profile
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work strategically with clients and as part of a team
