About the Role
Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insolvency Lawyer to join our team in the South West region. As an Insolvency Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to a wide range of clients, including Insolvency Practitioners, distressed businesses, and creditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on insolvency and restructuring matters to clients, including Administrations, Administrative Receiverships, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Directors' Disqualification, Liquidations, and Insolvency Litigation.
- Work closely with the Partner to develop and implement strategies to support clients in insolvency and restructuring matters.
- Collaborate with the Corporate and Commercial teams to ensure seamless and exemplary client service.
- Develop and expand existing referrer networks in the region to secure new client instructions.
- Contribute to business development activities, promoting your own profile and that of the firm.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Insolvency Lawyer who has gained experience in handling a varied caseload of good quality insolvency matters with limited supervision. You will have strong client care skills, an ability to listen and empathise with clients, and a strong analytical and communication skills. You will be able to work strategically with clients and as part of a team, and be resilient to work under pressure.
