We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Category Manager. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit targets for your category by developing and executing a strategic trading plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 2-year category strategy with market and customer insights.
  • Propose and execute a 12-month trading plan, negotiating promotional support with suppliers.
  • Identify shortfalls and propose remedial actions to achieve KPIs.
  • Maintain competitive awareness and use market insights to inform trading plans.
  • Manage range changes and execute exit strategies where necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to secure business support and engagement.
  • Participate in financial budgeting and forecasting activities.
