Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with consumers to introduce them to our adidas RUN LAB and to recommend shoes tailored to specific requirements.
  • Enhance the overall shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to test run participation and sales conversion.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to customers on all aspects of running.
  • Conduct gait analysis and biomechanical assessments to recommend appropriate footwear and running techniques to every level of runner.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services to customers.
  • Stay current on industry and company trends, research, and best practices related to running, biomechanics and sports science.
  • Maintain a high level of CRM by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner, to develop the relationship between brand and retailers.
  • Increase the visibility of adidas running.
Requirements
  • 3 years of professional experience; experience in retail is an advantage.
  • Deep knowledge in sports science, kinesiology, physiotherapy or a related field – advanced degree or certifications is a pro.
  • Proven experience as a runner.
  • In-depth knowledge of running biomechanics, footwear technology and training principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Passion for running and a personal identification with the adidas brand, philosophy and products.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work according to a plan.
  • Team player and being independent at the same time.
  • Creative, future focused, motivated and eager to learn.
  • Strong in the English language, spoken and written.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Be available in our peak times from 1 until 7 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
