We are seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist to join our team in the Plymouth area. This role is ideal for individuals looking for either full-time or part-time opportunities within a leading Optical and Hearing Domiciliary Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess patients with hearing impairments.
- Evaluate the suitability of hearing aids for patients and provide fitting and adjustment services.
- Deliver exceptional aftercare support through follow-up home visits.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a Monday to Friday workweek, with part-time options available for a minimum of three days per week. Flexibility in scheduling is provided, with no weekend work required.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate demeanor, particularly when working with elderly or frail patients, some of whom may have dementia. A valid driver's license and a passion for working in a mobile capacity are essential.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £40, along with an attractive commission structure. Additional benefits include a fully expensed company vehicle, a fuel card, and a company pension plan.
