Full or Part Time Qualified Hearing Care Assistant
Plymouth, Devon
Network Open is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Assistant to join our team. As a Hearing Care Assistant, you will visit patients in their own homes to carry out fittings and aftercare, working closely with our Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers.
The Role:
- Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
- Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
- Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
- Initial introductions and case history
- Maintenance of hearing instruments
- Assist in training other staff
Salary and Benefits:
- An annual salary of up to £25k pa pro rata, depending on experience
