At Amica Care Trust, we offer a range of supportive services, including occasional day care, assisted living, and specialist dementia care.

We're currently recruiting for Bank Care Assistants (Days and Nights) to join our team. No experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you reach your full potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • As a Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
  • You'll assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and have the opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life.
  • Each day will be unique, with a variety of tasks to undertake. You'll have the chance to develop your skills and career with our support.

Requirements:

  • You'll need to work within our Staff Values, promoting effective communication, passion for your work, and a positive attitude.
  • If you share these values, you won't need specific care experience, as we'll provide training to help you reach your potential. Above all, you'll need a genuine compassion for our residents to deliver exceptional care and support.
