**Job Summary**

Network Open is seeking a qualified Hearing Care Specialist to join our team. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in the fitting and maintenance of hearing instruments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Fitting appointments, including Real Ear Measurements
  • Rehabilitation appointments for patients experiencing difficulties
  • Service appointments to recognize basic hearing aid faults
  • Initial introductions and case history
  • Maintenance of hearing instruments
  • Assist in training other staff
