TSR Legal Recruitment is pleased to be working with a reputable Legal 500 law firm seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • As a pivotal member of the conveyancing team, you will collaborate closely with our Conveyancers to ensure seamless housing transactions for valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Assist in the drafting of necessary legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements to facilitate smooth transaction processes, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Handle initial matter set-up procedures, including confirmation of instruction letters and updating client records, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Conduct due diligence and comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations as needed, upholding the firm's commitment to integrity.
  • Manage and respond to routine client enquiries efficiently and accurately, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a reputable conveyancing department, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
