Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment activities, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining confidentiality within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and coordination of recruitment activities.
  • Assist with the administration of our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Prepare offer packs, contracts of employment, variation to contract, and leaver letters.
  • Support employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
