We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant to support a student with extreme challenging behaviour needs in a local school.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement behaviour management strategies and interventions to address challenging behaviours and promote positive behaviour.
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students, ensuring their emotional well-being and engagement in learning activities.
- Implement individualized behaviour plans for students, working closely with the teaching team to monitor progress and provide feedback.
