Senior Consultant for Business Solutions

Core Responsibilities:
Offer industry-specific insights and problem-solving support during the discovery workshops, design phases, implementation, testing, and ongoing production support of the Endur solution tailored to the client's operational requirements. Showcase the Endur solution to client stakeholders. Assist Technical Consultants by delivering business and functional advice, reviewing, testing, and validating scripted solutions (such as reports, plugins, and interfaces) as instructed by the Product Manager. Collaborate with client users to identify business needs and workflows that the Endur solution can address. Exhibit extensive knowledge in various aspects of Endur configuration and specific energy commodities. Mentor Business Consultants in one or more functional domains of the Endur solution. Contribute to the establishment of best practices in delivery services as directed by the Line Manager. Engage in hands-on project implementation across all phases of the Endur deployment, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Collect and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results, and any other project deliverables as defined by the Project Manager and Lead Business Consultant. Keep the Line Manager and Project Manager(s) updated on the progress of assigned tasks. Adhere to best practices in implementation across various functional areas of the ION solution in all functional design, specifications, custom coding, unit testing, and other deliverables. Follow ION documentation standards and resolution processes for all project outputs. Maintain full chargeability on assigned client accounts.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Proven experience with Openlink Endur product implementations relevant to the role. A minimum of 5 years in the ETRM sector, systems implementation, or related project experience, ideally in a consulting capacity. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Capability to function effectively within a project team structure. Willingness to work on-site at client locations. 4 to 6 years of direct experience at ION or another software firm in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Endur installations in client environments. 4 to 6 years of industry or consulting experience. 4 to 6 years of systems experience. Strong skills in client engagement. Excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
