Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet the needs of our engineering team
- Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
