About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will support the Service Charge Accounts Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for retirement developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for a set of high-profile, complex service charge accounts to complete year-end accounts, service charge budgets, and bank reconciliations in accordance with the company's workflow.
  • Assist in complex query management and drive workflow.
  • Support the Service Charge Accounts Manager with onboarding and offboarding of Lodges/Developments and their associated accounts.
  • Produce reliable estimated budgets for developments, liaising with the Regional and Area Management teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact and resolve complex queries about Lodge accounts across the wider team.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience of working within a Service Charge Accounts team, with relevant accounting systems, procedures, and knowledge of property management. Experience of Qube would be an advantage. You will be qualified to A-level standard and ideally, Level 3 IRPM.

You will possess excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate/advanced standard. You will also demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload with strong attention to detail.
