Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Kenect Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out in-depth diagnosis and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles using dealer-level diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicles to identify faults and recommend repairs
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles to a high standard
  • Use dealer-level diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven experience in vehicle mechanics and diagnostics
  • IMI Level 2 or 3 qualification is beneficial
  • Experience in diagnosing vehicles manually or with software
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
