Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics on customer vehicles to identify issues promptly.
  • Perform road tests with customers to identify and verify vehicle problems.
  • Fitting minor parts as necessary to complete repairs.
  • Utilizing our suite of diagnosis equipment to accurately diagnose vehicle issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis, repair processes, and any additional recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably within a warranty, mobile or customer service environment.
  • IMI level 2/3 qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Full UK driving licence.
