Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Construction Site Manager to enhance our operations in the Essex region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring effective management of profit and loss.
  • Coordinate and execute inspection and project delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, addressing the requirements of clients and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

  • HGV License.
  • CSCS or equivalent certification.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with specialized internal systems such as Papyrus, Kehops, SAP, or PowerBI.
  • Experience in high-speed network management.
  • Proven track record in managing Traffic Management (TM) and Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS).
  • Demonstrated line management experience.
  • Ability to develop and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements as necessary.
