About the Role


As Roofing Site Manager, you will oversee all roofing operations on a large-scale project, from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include:


  • Managing and coordinating site teams, including subcontractors
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards
  • Developing and executing comprehensive project schedules and budgets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Efficient procurement and management of materials and equipment
  • Proactively resolving site challenges and issues


About You


To excel in this role, you will possess:


  • A proven track record as a Roofing Site Manager on substantial projects
  • In-depth knowledge of pitched and flat roofing systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
  • The capacity to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A thorough understanding of construction health and safety regulations
  • A relevant construction management qualification (preferred)
