They are currently seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team, capable of overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the successful execution of construction projects, particularly emphasizing groundwork within the light industrial domain.
You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in managing several construction projects, each valued at up to £5M.
- Oversee and coordinate groundwork activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-graduation experience in construction project management, with a solid understanding and experience in groundwork.
- Demonstrated experience managing light industrial projects is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in building and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
