About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our Blackpool store, where they will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical governance strategies to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Proactively develop and manage pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner
  • Lead and manage a high-performing pharmacy team, focusing on staff development, training, and best practice implementation
  • Audit and evaluate staff, services, systems, records, and standards to ensure compliance and excellence

About You

We're looking for a Pharmacy Manager with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a proven track record of leadership and business acumen.

  • Possess a Pharmacy degree and hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Pharmacists working for Morrisons will be required to complete a DBS check prior to commencement of employment
