Job Description

IPOE Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Banking Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our departmental teams, including:


  • Business Planning and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of business plans, internal reports, and administrative communications to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Transaction Banking Analysis: Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance monitoring statistics and ensure timely updates from Relationship Managers.
  • Business Data Analysis: Collect and analyze departmental business data to provide actionable insights and support business growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to maintain a cohesive and efficient working environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to the conduct of the business.
  • Workload Management: Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive manner to assist the department in meeting key objectives and external regulatory requirements.


To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have:


  • Fluency in Mandarin - Essential
  • Professional experience in a corporate banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury related industry - Preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Diligence and high productivity
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
