Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and engagement of young people onto the programme.
- Deliver high-quality training and activities to young people, focusing on citizenship and NHS-related skills.
- Work closely with a Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers to plan and adapt content to meet the individual needs of young people.
- Provide support and guidance to young people to maximize their opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering training or activities to young people.
- Ability to motivate young people with low or unrealized aspirations.
- High levels of IT literacy and knowledge of MS Office and remote working tools.
