Academic and Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operations team in driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with the MD to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritise safety, quality, and customer focus in daily activities, and drive continuous improvement.
You will be central to implementing change, fostering a high-performance, high-engagement culture, and ensuring operational excellence across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include leading a management team, maintaining a focus on our financial goals and other KPIs, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance to our policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Qualifications and Experience- Previous experience from business operational roles, in a similar industry to ours.
- A solid understanding of financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels of the business and able to successfully communicate both good and bad news clearly and effectively.
