About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Queens Court care home. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in activities and events that promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a care home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
