Job Title: Area Sales Manager - South West Territory
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at WR Engineering Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the designated South West territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet defined targets and maximize profitability from sales achieved.
- Provide an accurate and reliable interpretation of customer requirements to ensure supplied goods are fit for purpose.
- Conduct customer site surveys and attend exhibitions to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, detailing the area's performance and providing insights for future growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of selling end-of-line machinery, such as packaging machinery and labelling machinery.
- Experience working in external sales, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and food industries.
- Technical experience and knowledge of label application systems would be highly beneficial.
- A current full UK driving license is an essential requirement.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000-£50,000.
- A monthly paid OTE (1% based on a £1m target in the first year).
- An annual bonus.
