Pareto is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Business Development Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales and Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings and the market they operate in, enabling you to have valuable conversations with prospects.
- Perform regular business-to-business prospect outreach using a strategic target list, qualifying leads and generating new business sales through phone, email, and other channels.
- Manage and optimize new business generated through effective account management, ensuring relationships are developed and maintained to maximize customer upsell opportunities.
- Build and develop the prospect database with accurate logging and recording of all contact and conversations with clients, entering them into and managing the company's CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure the company's sales cycle is being worked to effectively, and targets and conversion rates are being met.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level.
