We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our pastoral team as a Secondary Head of Year. As a key member of our school leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding pastoral support for all students within the year group, fostering a culture that enables all students to maximise their achievements across the spectrum of school life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional pastoral support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes, working closely with teachers and other support staff.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive school improvement, aligning with Ark's high aspirations and expectations for pupils and staff.
- Deliver high-quality, rigorous lessons that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning, extending beyond the classroom.
- Champion Ark Victoria's values of being Ambitious, Resilient, and Kind, living by the Ark ethos and six pillars that enable us to achieve our mission.
