About Our Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Beckside Care Home in North Hykeham. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality dining experiences that meet their individual needs and preferences.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and drinks to residents in accordance with our menu and dietary requirements.
- Work closely with our Chef/Cook to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, understanding their likes and dislikes to ensure a personalized dining experience.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
