Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: Up to £31,450 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Parkstone. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and sales, while also driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement effective store operations and processes to drive efficiency and productivity
- Manage store budgets and resources to achieve business objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proven track record of driving sales and customer service growth
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs
