Carpet Sales Consultant

Ashton Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpet Sales Advisor to join our team in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers purchase the right products and services.
- Conduct home visits to take precise measurements and offer a home consultation service.
- Share product knowledge and offer advice to customers.
- Prepare estimates and respond to customer inquiries.
- Update customer details using a CRM software system.
- Maintain a presentable and tidy store environment.
- Support colleagues within the store.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of arithmetic and basic math skills.
- Experience in the carpet/flooring industry or face-to-face sales.
- Basic understanding of cutting and laying carpets.
- Excellent customer service skills and a smart appearance.
