Carpet Sales Representative

Ashton Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpet Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Carpet Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to discuss their carpet needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Conduct home visits to take precise measurements and provide a home consultation service.
- Share product knowledge and give advice to customers to ensure they purchase the right products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide estimates.
- Update customer details using a CRM software system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Support colleagues within the store.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of arithmetic and basic math skills.
- Experience in the carpet or flooring industry.
- Face-to-face sales experience.
- Basic understanding of cutting and laying carpets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
