Key Responsibilities- Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective clients
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for our team and clients
- Manage and conduct VIP treatment days
- Network with clients and partners to support brand penetration and reputation
- Organize and attend industry events and conferences
- At least 3 years of experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry
- Trained therapist with advanced treatment and modality training
- Strong retail training experience and ability to develop retail skills and performance amongst staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident with IT systems, including CRM, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
