About the Role

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Devon Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe & clean environment for all
