Expert Property Care are now recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler.

This role includes:

- Communicating with Clients including dealing with any client queries
- Accepting, raising and managing works orders
- Making Appointments with residents/clients
- Working with Planning team to schedule Operatives work
- Working closely with surveyors and other Claims Handlers
- Liaising with operatives
- Keeping Client Portals up to date with present position of all claims
- Keeping internal Systems up to date with present position of all claims

Successful applicants should have:

- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience within a similar role and/or knowledge of the building industry (this is preferable although not essential)
- The role is based in Yateley, Hampshire working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
