Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Executive to join our team at McCormick. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement shopper marketing plans that maximize brand presence and sales in customer environments.
- Manage and optimize marketing initiatives across various channels, including convenience, discounters, and Ireland.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement in-store displays and equipment solutions that drive brand visibility and sales.
- Lead strategic projects that aim to influence purchasing behavior and drive in-store activation for the McCormick brand portfolio.
- Support team members with budget management and tracking, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and internal forums, trade shows, and sampling events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in shopper marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Quick learner with a growth mindset, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
