About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide 3rd Line infrastructure support and ongoing maintenance across a range of enterprise environments.
  2. Be involved in infrastructure projects, from operational improvements to new service delivery solutions.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a broad range of IT infrastructure experience. Key skills and experience include:

  1. Server Operating Systems - Windows / Linux
  2. Directory Services & Messaging - Active Directory / Exchange / Skype / Teams
  3. Management & Monitoring - Scripting / SCCM / SCOM / SCORCH
  4. App Virtualisation - App-V / Citrix
  5. Server Virtualisation - RDS/TS / Hyper-V / Nutanix / VMware / Xen Server
  6. Databases - Oracle / SQL Server
  7. Enterprise Storage & Back Up - NAS / SAN / Backup Replication
  8. Networking - IP addressing / DNS / DHCP / Security / SolarWinds
  9. Cloud Infrastructure - Load Balancers / Azure / Office 365 / Google
