Lead Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join a specialist MedTech software company that provides a cloud-based solution for automating information flow between medical testing, results, and patient records.

The role will span the entire software delivery pipeline and involve close collaboration with the software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in "crossing the border" and gaining hands-on experience in coding and development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the software engineering team to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure technologies
  • Review, recommend, and plan for the implementation of new infrastructure technologies
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal system performance
  • Assist in the analysis of outages and develop preventative plans to minimize downtime
  • Plan, implement, and maintain environments for different stages of the delivery lifecycle
  • Monitor and manage access levels for employees and contractors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in private and public cloud technologies, Windows, and Linux
