Job Title: Global Brand and Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Brand and Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the Europe and Africa region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and projects
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop regionally relevant marketing campaigns
  • Manage market research and category data to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and agencies
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective marketing execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in international marketing within the EMEA region
  • Significant marketing experience in FMCG, Beauty Devices, or Specialist Beauty sectors
  • Strong project management experience
  • Digitally savvy with experience in digital marketing (planning and measuring)
  • Experience in Trade Marketing is preferred
