About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Brand Experience team at Allied Global Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and running some of our key clients, with a focus on experiential and events marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Services
    1. Build strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
    2. Oversee and manage client campaigns from strategy to implementation
    3. Continuously liaise with clients to deliver excellent work
  2. Business Development
    1. Identify new business opportunities for the Brand Experience team
    2. Develop and execute outreach strategies to target new business leads
    3. Prepare and present proposal documents to new business targets
  3. Team Management
    1. Manage team members across various departments, including Creative, Production, and Activation
    2. Manage the Account Team to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables
    3. Regular check-ins with senior team members
    4. Work closely with the Production team on all aspects of campaign delivery
  4. Finance
    1. Prepare and manage campaign budgets, reconciliations with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
    2. Plan annual client finances and develop agency planning finances
Candidate Profile
  1. 7+ years of marketing or agency experience
  2. Good financial acumen
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Very strong attention to detail
  5. In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns and activities
