Occupational Therapist Team Lead

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead for the Assessment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of therapists and providing clinical, professional, and managerial support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of therapists and provide clinical, professional, and managerial support
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local and national guidelines and targets
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to other clinicians
- Manage a clinical caseload and provide comprehensive specialist services to patients
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
