Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the senior finance leader, the Finance Business Partner will collaborate within a supportive team, with responsibilities that include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures to ensure a thorough month-end process
- Preparing monthly reports on direct costs and overheads
- Compiling material cost reports and analyzing standard cost variances
- Assisting with budgeting and business planning initiatives
- Regularly engaging with budget holders to assess costs against budgets
- Analyzing key trends and presenting findings to senior management
- Supporting the broader finance team with various projects as needed
- Ensuring the establishment of appropriate financial and internal controls as required

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar Management Accounting or Finance Business Partner role, preferably within a manufacturing or product-driven environment.

A full CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification is essential, along with strong communication and business partnering abilities, including the capacity to influence and challenge effectively.

Proficiency in IT, particularly in Excel, is crucial as the role involves utilizing complex models and managing large data sets.
