We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Kenton Black Finance. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the senior finance lead and working closely with the wider finance team to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure an accurate and complete month-end process.
- Prepare monthly direct costs and overheads cost report.
- Prepare material cost reports and investigate standard cost variances.
- Support with budgeting and business planning activities.
- Regular liaison with budget holders to review costs against budget.
- Analysis of key trends and highlighting these to senior management.
- Support the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Ensure appropriate financial and internal controls are in place as required.
- Proven experience in a similar level Management Accounting/Finance Business Partnering position.
- Knowledge of a manufacturing or product-based business.
- Full CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification.
- Strong communication and business partnering skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge where required.
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, with the ability to use complex models and spreadsheets.
