About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor to join our Female Rehabilitation Team at Beckett Place. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions to patients with serious mental illness, promoting recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
  • Recent experience of working in the field of healthcare or a related area.
  • Experience of working with patients with serious mental illness.
  • Good understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
