About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor to join our Female Rehabilitation Team at Beckett Place.

As a Technical Instructor, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to meet patient-oriented goals and support progression through a recovery pathway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver group and individual clinical interventions that engage clients in therapeutic activity.
  • Work with service/clinical/professional guidelines to promote and apply Occupational Therapy principles.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Recent experience of working in healthcare or a related area.
  • Experience of working with severe mental illness (SMI).
  • Good interpersonal skills, non-judgmental, and ability to motivate client groups.
